B. Terms of Use

The user of the website La Forge De Style acknowledges having the legal capacity, competence and necessary means to access and use this Service.

The user of the Service acknowledges having verified that the computer configuration used contains no virus or content likely to threaten the security of the Service and that it is in perfect working order.

C. Warning about Information

The Service operator makes every effort to offer users available and verified information and/or tools but cannot be held responsible for errors, unavailability of information and/or the presence of a virus on its site.

The information provided by the Service operator and its possible partners is provided for informational purposes only. They cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information disseminated by the Service. This information cannot replace complementary and personalized analysis by the user.

E. Personal Data

In any case, La Forge de Style only collects personal information relating to the user (name, email address, telephone coordinates) for the needs of the Services offered, notably for registration to discussion spaces through online forms or for statistical processing. The user provides this information with full knowledge, particularly when they proceed to enter it themselves. The user of the Service is then informed of the mandatory or non-mandatory nature of the information they would be required to provide.

The user is informed that they have a right of access, inquiry and rectification which allows them, if necessary, to have rectified, completed, updated, locked or erased personal data concerning them that is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, outdated or whose collection, use, communication or conservation is prohibited.

Any total or partial representation of this Service, by any process whatsoever, without the express authorization of the website operator is prohibited and would constitute counterfeiting sanctioned by articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.

The same applies to databases appearing, where applicable, on the Service which are protected by the provisions of the law of July 1, 1998 transposing into the Intellectual Property Code the directive of March 11, 1996 relating to the legal protection of databases, and of which La Forge de Style is the producer.

The trademarks of La Forge de Style and its partners, as well as the logos appearing on the site are registered trademarks.

All photos on our website are achievements of our own construction sites, they therefore remain the exclusive property of La Forge de style. Any total or partial reproduction of these photos is therefore prohibited.

Any total or partial reproduction of these trademarks or logos, made from elements of the Service without the express authorization of the operator, is therefore prohibited, within the meaning of article L.713-2 of the Intellectual Property Code.

G. Establishing a Hyperlink

Users and visitors of the Service cannot establish a hyperlink to this site without the express and prior authorization of the operator, that is to say La Forge de Style.

The Service operator cannot be held responsible for access by users via hyperlinks established within the website framework to other resources present on the internet network.

H. Applicable Law

The site La Forge de Style and the general conditions are subject to French law.
